We are looking for a sharp North America-based Remote Executive Assistant to join our growing growth strategy company. We are looking for someone with experience with scheduling and calendar maintenance, google workspace platforms, managing email marketing campaigns, social media accounts, CRM management, and other administrative tasks. This person must be a detail-oriented team player with strong organization and communication skills to help us make sure our business runs smoothly, and to improve the effectiveness of our team and marketing efforts.

This is a virtual position working with our distributed team. The time investment will be about 20 hours per week and it is perfect for a parent who wants a flexible job during school hours. You can work from your own home, but you must have a distraction-free workspace. The hours can be flexible, but you must be reliable, and available during Central/Mountain Standard working hours.

  • You read websites, books, or articles and find mistakes immediately. Computer and organizational skills are a must and you’ll use your own computer.

  • You must be able to write cohesive, coherent notes that make sense often recapping team/client meetings.

  • Familiarity with basic website maintenance, CRM platforms, email marketing campaigns, basic graphic design, and all other aspects of digital marketing

  • Love working with people, but also take pride in your attention to detail – never missing a beat.

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Are so proactive that you’re like... "What else can I take off your plate?"

  • Looking to grow with a company and not become the star of your own business (we love shiny stars— but it’s not a match for this extremely supportive role.)

Here is what your responsibilities ACTUALLY include (but not limited to)...

  • Administrative tasks: You’ll Manage daily, weekly, and monthly recurring administrative tasks. Examples Include:

    • Adding contacts to our CRM

    • Taking notes during staff meetings and creating tasks from those notes

    • Coordinating our social media

    • Creating and managing key business reports

    • Client mail-outs

    • Creating and updating SOPs for staff to follow

  • Email Support – You will draft and send emails to clients at the direction of the team

  • Client Meeting Support - Perform administrative tasks during client meetings

A lot of the tasks you’ll be responsible for have written documentation already. So as long as you can follow some simple instructions you’ll pick things up pretty quickly. You will take direction from audio and video, as well as email.

You don’t need to know all of these tools, but be a quick and eager learner.

Please only apply if you are familiar with digital marketing and proficient with online platforms like Google. At least 1 year of work experience in the virtual assistant space would be a plus.

This position will start part-time (20 hours per week) with the likelihood of going to 30 eventually. There will be a ramp-up period to get you to the full 20 hrs/week. Flexible working hours. We are family-friendly! (You need to carpool every day at 3 - we work around that!)
